I need some help

I am trying to have this shipped to CA. The gun is CA compliant. I am selecting an approved FFL dealer. Yet, I keep getting this error message. I read their shipping restrictions and nothing seemed out of place for what I’m trying to do here. I called CS and they suggested it might be a mobile issue so try computer, same issue. Tried checking out as a guest, same issue. I thought it might be a legal situation, but I haven’t been able to find something about shipping complete, CA compliant guns to CA. Am I missing something here? Please & thank you 🫡
